Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates
Bikes and Ebikes
All Bikes and Ebikes ship via Purolator ground. We charge a shipping fee per bike

| E-Bikes | 250 CAD per bike |
Shipping surcharges may apply to orders shipped beyond Purolator's service area. If your order requires additional shipping fees, a member of our team will reach out to you for the final shipping cost.
Equipment
Equipment and Accessories are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel / Purolator Ground for a flat fee of 20 CAD*
Equipment orders above 150 CAD ship for free.
Shipped Online Orders Returns
The return of all online orders must be approved before sending back an order. Items must be returned to the original shop, either Cap's Bicycle Shop - New Westminster or Cap's Bicycle Shop - Port Moody within 30 days of receiving the order. Products will only be considered for return if they are undamaged and are accompanied by the original manufacturer's packaging.
Shipping for online order returns is the cost of the customer and not Cap's Bicycle Shop unless the return is due to the fault of Cap's Bicycle Shop.
To have the return of an online order approved:

Contact us via e-mail at info@capsbicycleshop.com to confirm return eligibility and approval.

- Inform the return reason
- Wait for our team to respond to you.
Preparing your package for return:
- Returns must be packaged the same way as the original shipment was packaged.
- Packing must be sufficient and prevent any damage to the item(s) shipped.
- Drop off your package at the correct shipping location near you. Once it ships, copy the link in your confirmation email and send it to info@capsbicycleshop.com
Reimbursement:
Once we've received the item in good order, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 4 days.
Important: In-store and Online returns
We all stand behind everything we sell. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you’ve changed your mind or simply ordered the wrong size, we offer a 30-day refund/exchange policy.
- Need your original receipt.
- Must be returned within 30 days from the time of delivery.
- Must be in its original packaging.
- Must be in new condition, undamaged, without alterations.
- Must be packaged appropriately for shipping to avoid damage.
- Must be sent to the original store location
Exclusions: Nutrition, Child Carriers, Washed Clothing, Shorts, Gift Cards, Special Orders and Sales Items 50%+ are final sales, with no refunds or exchanges.
What if I start to assemble my bike and need help?
If you purchase your bike from one of our shops online, and we've shipped it to your address, don't worry, you can bring your bike to any of our locations listed below and we will assemble it at no charge.
