Refund policy

In-store and Online returns

We all stand behind everything we sell. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you’ve changed your mind or simply ordered the wrong size, we offer a 30-day refund/exchange policy. 

  • Need your original receipt. 
  • Must be returned within 30 days from the time of delivery. 
  • Must be in its original packaging. 
  • Must be in new condition, undamaged, without alterations.  
  • Must be packaged appropriately for shipping to avoid damage.  
  • Must be sent to the original store location

ExclusionsNutrition, Child Carriers, Washed Clothing, Shorts, Gift Cards, Special Orders and Sales Items 50%+ are final sales, with no refunds or exchanges.

 

Bike Exchange Policy 

We offer a 7-day return policy on bikes as long as it's in brand-new condition. A 15% restocking fee may apply on bikes. It will be at the discretion of Cap’s Bicycle Shop if the conditions in the above policy are not met.  

Refund Policy 

A refund can be refused or a 15% restocking fee may be applied on any order at the discretion of Cap’s Bicycle Shop if the conditions in the above policy are not met. The fee will be deducted from the funds returned to your original payment method.   

How to return Online orders  

  1. Submit a Request
  • E-mail info@capsbicycleshop.com. 
  • We need your Order # 
  • Need a return reason  
  • Wait up to 2 business days to receive confirmation. 
  1.  Shipping Returns
  • Once the return is approved, pack your items the same way as the original shipment was packaged.  
  • Address the package to the original purchase location 
  • Drop off to your preferred shipping company. 
  • Keep your shipping documents for tracking. 
  1. Freight
  • Return shipping for online orders is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to the fault of the store. 
  1. Refund 
  • After the product has been received and inspected by Cap’s, a refund will be remitted to the original method of payment. It could take up to 4 business days.
